After going through 15 days of a closed beta test from June 5th, Softnyx announced the launch of the open beta test for Gunbound in Taiwan on June 22nd after a contract with Fugleman, an online game publisher of Taiwan.
In their 13th global service in Taiwan, followed by their 12th in China, over 50,000 users joined and it set a record of being one of the most participated services in history of closed beta test.
To gain popularity and boost communication among users in Taiwan, Softnyx enabled Chinese writings in the game and fortified marketability of casual games by intensifying character decoration through over 2,000 avatar items.
